SNAPSHOT

WORKSHOPS & COACHING

No. That’s a written test. You use Snapshot for any spontaneous situation … even if you haven’t met someone or can’t speak their language. For example, if you’re on a job interview or asking a teacher/professor for help, you can’t give them a written test. But, you can use Snapshot anytime with high accuracy. You will also be able to use Snapshot in foreign countries with the same level of accuracy.

Not hard. Snapshot was designed to be learned by anyone who does not have specialized training or natural intuition about others. In high schools, we train from 20-50% of all 8th-12th grade students from all corners and cultures of campus life. School districts only have this many students trained because they can do it and immediately use it.

Our data tracking shows that 19-26 year-olds have the highest accuracy in the world, usually finishing their training at 85–90% accuracy. Even 8th-grade students as a group finish at 80%+ accuracy…every time. No exceptions.

There’s an entire chapter in Snapshot that explains which groups of people learn the fastest and why (and is explained in the workshop)? So who learns the fastest: People in sales or auditors? People from Asian countries or the US? People who are transparent with others or those who are naturally good with people? You’ll be surprised when you hear the answers. But, the answers reveal the secret of how to do great right at the beginning.

First: If like most people, you misread others 65-75% of the time … as you’ll prove to yourself in the workshop. And, you don’t have a way to correct your misreads.

Second: When you do make a misread using Snapshot, as no one is perfect, don’t worry. There are two safety checks to correct your Snapshot reads on the fly.

Third: Every group of students and young adults for over 20 years finishes the workshop at 80-85% accuracy or higher. Even though the video clips in the workshop are very difficult with specific “potholes” that show you how not to make the most common misreads.

Workshop: You learn how to make the four Snapshot reads using the Korem Profiling System®. You’ll learn how to use each Snapshot read by itself and how to combine the four reads (it’s done automatically for you) and access a 3-page profile that shows you how to interact with someone. Each class usually starts at 25-35% accuracy when shown video clips of real people in real situtions. You enter your response within ten seconds after viewing the clip on an online interactive keypad that our system tracks. By the end of the third session, the class accuracy is always 80% or higher … and … 80-90% accuracy on how to uniquely treat that person. We also show you applications for each read throughout the workshop so you can immediately use your new skill. Many more applications are provided in the books you receive, Snapshot and The Art of Profiling, 2nd expanded edition.

2 Coaching Sessions: You will be coached in an online live session with no more than 24 workshop participants approximately 4 and 12 weeks after the workshop. Each person will then explain how they have used Snapshot for their academic/campus endeavors and in other areas of their life, such as: getting a job, in a competition, better relating to parents/friends/others, doing a job interview, etc. Dan will then coach you how to improve, apply what you did in another area of life … or … maybe help you solve a problem or improve a Snapshot read.

You will also hear extraordinary examples of how others are using Snapshot and learn and be inspired/motivated by what you hear and how they are coached.

The Korem Profiling System® (KPS) is the opposite of racial, ethnic, and cultural stereotyping.

The KPS engine focuses on observing behaviors and not a person’s culture, ethnicity or race.

Yes. In fact, we always train students alongside adult professionals.

First, adults are astounded at what young teens are able to accomplish. Second, it only accelerates group learning. Third, we always talk about real-life contributions to be made today … not waiting until you are in your 30s or older. Especially in the coaching sessions, the wide range of ages only enhances life and on-the-job applications.

Since two years ago, when challenged to share what they’ve learned, teen students have helped their parents and older siblings increase their performance in all areas of the workplace. Recent examples:

  • Mother, who is an attorney, closed a major land deal
  • Father who owns trucking company dropped employee attrition rate 75% in 60 days
  • Father increased closings of security software for oil and gas industry (several million dollars per purchase)
  • Student became head of customer service for out-of-state hydroponic engineering firm
  • Students increased tips at restaurant to $250 per night
  • Student taught mother how to do her first interview for job when father is injured on the job and can’t work
  • Mother, a manager of a large Walmart, has her son match personnel with their skill set and shift and where to hire new employees with which KPS profile. Productivity dramatically increased. He received a sizable consultant fee.
  • Father, who is a detective, got a confession from a resistant suspect after being coached by daughter

First, as you’ll learn, the greatest behavioral shift in history has occurred in young people that has never been understood which drives the struggle to pay attention. This is explained in detail in the workshop and the book Snapshot. All instruction directly addresses this factor and there is never a drop in attention span in any group of students with this behavioral trait.

Second, as explained in the book Snapshot and in the workshop, teachers in the late 1990s solved the riddle of what is often misdiagnosed as ADHD using the Korem Profiling System® and hundreds of students didn’t need to take meds.

Today, regularly students and young adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD have used aspects of Snapshot to increase their attention span without medication.

(We of course do not provide medical advice, as there are a small percentage of people who may truly need some medication, but our experience in live training and follow-up coaching with students who are diagnosed that they do much better after learning Snapshot. This is consistent with what teachers have observed for over 20 years.

Here’s something to think about … there is a pattern of which teachers complain that students have ADHD (and they struggle to teach these students) and those teachers who never complain about students who have ADHD and do not struggle instructing these students. This and other riddles are explained in the workshop and the book Snapshot. (We have trained over 20K teachers on this trend and techniques that work to educate these students.)
